Culture

We value our team. Our engineers are our greatest asset, and we strive to make the best atmosphere for them. We are mindful of the work-life balance and offer non-traditional benefits for those who have gone through our training program. These include optional flex days, working from home, and working remotely. We cater lunch weekly to discuss projects, give lectures on relevant topics, and often have family events. We look at individual performance and provide additional compensation based on this. We help our engineers develop independence and provide early exposure to management. Projects

Our projects include single family, multi family, light commercial, and a broad range of miscellaneous consulting for new construction and remodels. Our designs include but are not limited to wood, concrete, steel, and masonry and are often located in high wind and high seismic areas. You will gain significant experience with multiple building types and materials, and you will become an expert. The experienced gained on these projects, along with the guidance of licensed SEs on staff, will help to prepare you for the SE exam. 

Candidates

A four year Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited school is required. Recent graduates and experienced candidates will be considered. Candidate must have reliable transportation.

  Salary & Benefits:

$75k – $110k base salary depending on licensure and experience with additional bonuses based on performance. Paid vacation days and paid holidays, retirement plan with company match, remote working, and professional development.
